What You’ll Do

As a Housekeeper, you’ll help ensure our guest rooms and assigned areas are clean, comfortable, safe, and ready for every arrival.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to Naples Hotel Group and brand standards.
• Make beds, dust, vacuum, disinfect surfaces, clean bathrooms, and replenish guest amenities.
• Inspect rooms and furnishings to ensure everything is clean, comfortable, and in good condition.
• Keep your housekeeping cart clean, organized, and fully stocked with the supplies you need.
• Communicate room status promptly and accurately with the Executive Housekeeper or Front Desk.
• Report maintenance concerns, room damage, missing supplies, or other issues right away.
• Greet guests with a friendly, helpful, and welcoming attitude.
• Respond to guest requests and concerns with courtesy and professionalism.
• Follow hotel procedures for lost and found items.
• Protect guest privacy and maintain security of hotel keys and confidential information.
• Follow all safety procedures, emergency guidelines, and equipment requirements.
• Immediately report accidents, injuries, or unsafe working conditions.
• Complete required safety training and certifications.
• Maintain a professional appearance consistent with company standards.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the hotel and our guests.

• Has previous housekeeping, cleaning, janitorial, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Has a strong eye for detail and takes pride in cleanliness.
• Is dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Enjoys working as part of a supportive team.
• Treats guests and coworkers with kindness and respect.
• Can maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Is available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, based on hotel needs.

The Physical Side of the Job

Housekeeping is an active position, and you’ll be moving throughout the hotel during your shift.

You must be able to:

• Lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 pounds independently.
• Stand and walk for most of the shift.
• Bend, stretch, reach, twist, lift, push, and pull repeatedly.
• Use your arms and hands frequently throughout the workday.
• Climb stairs and move throughout the property.
• Remain productive in a fast-paced environment.
• Work in varying conditions, including heat, cold, and outdoor elements when needed.
