• Centralized Sales Coordinator (Sales & Marketing)

  Centralized Sales Coordinator is needed!

  The Centralized Sales Coordinator will manage all group and function room bookings from inquiry to post-stay follow-up, along with thorough sales communication with the on-property teams related to such inquiries, for an assigned portfolio of hotels. Other miscellaneous tasks may be assigned by the VP of Sales, including but not limited to following up on prospecting for new business via phone and email, and acquiring other hotels in addition to the assigned portfolio when necessary. Given that the Centralized Sales Coordinator is a liaison between Naples Hotel Group and its clients, excellent writing skills, concise verbal communication, and listening skills are necessary. This role is based full-time in our Oldsmar, FL, corporate office.

  The Task Force Operations Manager serves as a traveling operational leader, providing on-site support at hotels experiencing leadership vacancies or transitions in their operations management role. This position ensures that Front of the House and Back of the House operations run efficiently, guest service standards are consistently upheld, and property teams receive the hands-on guidance needed to deliver an exceptional experience. The Task Force Operations Manager quickly integrates into each property’s environment, offering stability, reinforcing company and brand standards, and maintaining operational excellence until permanent leadership is in place.
