Job Responsibilities

• Ensure rooms meet quality standards and are ready for guest arrival.
• Conduct daily property walks, inspecting guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and maintenance.
• Implement inspection programs to uphold brand standards.
• Collaborate with the front office to provide accurate room status updates.
• Lead recruitment, training, and management of housekeeping associates.
• Assign tasks and oversee team performance, ensuring adherence to company standards.
• Prepare schedules based on occupancy forecasts.
• Provide coaching and conduct performance reviews.
• Promote a professional image and foster a safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and hotel leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in housekeeping or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations.
• Excellent communication skills for leading a diverse team.
• Proficient with digital tools for communication and scheduling.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Maintain composure under pressure.
