This role ensures the property's physical infrastructure is well-maintained, compliant with safety and brand standards, and operating efficiently. The Lead Maintenance Technician leads the maintenance team, coordinates with vendors and contractors, and partners with hotel leadership to support a safe, comfortable, and well-functioning environment for guests and team members. Ce poste supervise tous les aspects des opérations d'entretien ménager, notamment les chambres, les espaces communs, la blanchisserie, la gestion des fournitures et l'encadrement des équipes. En tant que leader de terrain, vous veillerez au respect des normes de la marque, à l'exécution efficace des plannings et à ce que la propreté et la présentation dépassent les attentes des clients.
