The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily front office and housekeeping operations to ensure a seamless and elevated guest experience. This role includes managing the check-in/check-out process, responding to guest requests and concerns, inspecting rooms for quality assurance, and supporting team performance across both departments. As a key leader in the hotel, the Operations Manager also serves as Manager on Duty, helping guide the team and maintain service standards during assigned shifts. The Chief Engineer is responsible for overseeing and executing all aspects of the hotel's maintenance operations, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, life safety, and energy management. This role ensures the property's physical infrastructure is well-maintained, compliant with safety and brand standards, and operating efficiently.The Chief Engineer leads the maintenance team, coordinates with vendors and contractors, and partners with hotel leadership to support a safe, comfortable, and well-functioning environment for guests and team members.
