The Lead Maintenance Technician leads the maintenance team, coordinates with vendors and contractors, and partners with hotel leadership to support a safe, comfortable, and well-functioning environment for guests and team members. Ce poste contribue à garantir la sécurité, le bon fonctionnement et la conformité de toutes les installations aux normes de l'entreprise et de la marque. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec l'ingénieur en chef ou le responsable de la maintenance pour exécuter les ordres de travail, les tâches de maintenance préventive et les réparations d'urgence.
