The Room Attendant/Housekeeper is responsible for ensuring guest rooms and assigned areas are cleaned and maintained according to brand and company standards. This includes making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming floors, replenishing amenities, and reporting maintenance issues. This role plays a critical part in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for every guest. You will be focused on optimizing each guest’s experience by living out our company purpose: “hospitality from our family to yours.”
